I’ve been on a massive health kick lately. 2018 – new year, new me. A huge part of that was not only working out everyday, but also being mindful of what I was putting in and ON my body. We live in a toxic world and despite kicking some pretty chemical-heavy household cleaning products to the curb, the last frontier was my shower products. Our skin is our biggest organ and absorbs all types of shit. I really struggled to find decent shampoo and conditioner that was paraben-free and silicone-free. I find that is crazy – that you struggle to find such a product considering just how vast the options are in the haircare department.
These ones are enriched with coconut oil – my favourite! Not only does it smell like you’re on a tropical beach somewhere, it lathers really well. I was surprised as other paraben-free and silicone-free shampoos usually don’t. That’s the struggle. Especially for someone who has coloured hair. The conditioner left my tresses feeling smooth and silky. This is my new go-to shampoo and conditioner… Hands down. For those of you looking for something like this, something that is better for your health, but not compromising on your hair’s appearance and feel, look no further. No bullshit.
