WHERE TO EAT IN HONG KONG

Hong Kong is under-rated in terms of places to have a nibble. It should be famous as hell for it’s food. And I’m not talking dim sum. Don’t be scratching your head wondering where to go in SoHo – read dis!

LIMEWOOD // One of the best places to visit in the summer time is Limewood. You’ll have to make a booking as it’s incredibly popular. And when you taste the food you’ll understand why. It’s just off the beach at Repulse Bay – about 20 mins away in a taxi from Central. Have a swim and then head there for incredible seafood created in a Vietnamesey way. Fish tacos and coconut corn were my picks. I’m literally hungry writing about this. Then after lunch have a drink at the beach bar. Afternoon. Done.

Address: Limewood Shop 103/104 The Pulse, 28 Beach Rd, Repulse Bay, Hong Kong
HO LEE FOOK // Again – you’ll need a reso – especially if you have a big crew. It’s little wonder considering the Taiwanese chef behind Mr Wong and Ms G in Sydney is the genius behind this restaurant. Classic Chinese flavours with a modern twist is what you’ll find here. The name translates as “good luck in your mouth”. Indeed.
Address: 1 Elgin St, Central, Hong Kong
BEP // Oh yes it’s Vietnamese. Again. But whatever. It’s yummy. It’s set in a really casual, unpretentious setting. The food is prepared quickly, so you won’t be sitting there with your tummy grumbling.
Address: Lower Ground Floor, 9 Staunton St, Central, Hong Kong
WEARING // Review Australia Singapore top / Oakley sunnies / Zara jeans / Charles & Keith heels
