SKINNY SNACKS COCONUT FRUIT SALAD

So it’s been a while since I VLOGGED. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I’m focusing on health in 2015 as my New Year’s resolution! I’ve always been somewhat of a healthy eater, but now I’m taking it to the next level!

For this you’ll need:

– 1x coconut

- 1x organic pear
- a handful of strawberries (I couldn’t find any organic ones)
- a sprinkle of organic chia seeds
